Ending! 2017!

As a lonely star shining far and…

In the blink of an eye, 2017 has passed. Many dreams from 2016 still weren’t finished, but I did encounter many beautiful things along the way.

The Beautiful Scenery I Saw

Along the way, I fell more and more in love with music and learned Synthesia and ukulele. I’m not great, but it’s been enjoyable. I also met many interesting people—some who love sports, some fascinated by my stories, and a bunch of fellow strugglers. With them, studying no longer felt bitter or boring.

Which of Last Year’s Dreams Came True?

• A unique navigation site (done)
• A unique wallpaper site (done)
• Make the top 50 in grade (done, 18th)
• English 110+ (not done, sigh)
• Play around with Ubuntu (didn’t; didn’t even get to try Deepin, and the hard drive broke)
• Website not losing money (still lost money, but at least there was a little income)
• Deeper JavaScript & jQuery, and better PHP usage (jQuery didn’t deepen much, but PHP improved a lot)

Next, My Outlook for the Coming Year!

• Make a close friend who knows films very well
• Make a close friend who knows music very well
• Make a close friend who knows art very well
• Make a close friend who knows technology very well
• Get a SanDisk 240G SSD
• High school English 130+
• High school math 115+ (done, 136)
• High school Chinese at least 100
• Hope the organization can grow stronger
• Hope my family can live well
